Your main risponsabilities will be:
Driving digital strategy, growth and execution CA (6+ markets) and Caribbean (Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, other) campaigns with the support of agency staff while delivering a high return on spend.
Developing strong relationships with digital marketing teams across Ricoh to manage and coordinate strategy and messaging for acquisition focused marketing.
Designing and executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and sharing insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
Utilizing first and third party data in Data Management Platform to find, qualify and convert hard to reach audiences interested in particular product categories.
Bringing leadership with new growth ideas and drive its implementation to grow the business including but not limited to testing new products, audience targeting, market expansion.
Keeping up-to-date on digital marketing trends and developments.
Understanding and analyzing digital marketing KPIs, developing scorecards, newsletters and reporting on results and key initiatives to senior management and other stakeholders.

The technical requirements for this role:
Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields.
Courses in community management will give you an advantage.
2 to 3 years of experience managing social media platforms or communities for brands.
Background in journalism or professional experience as a writer.
Knowledge of the technology and communications industry is a plus.
100% fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese - both written and spoken.
Strong portfolio/Published articles.

Desired Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Excellent business judgement.
