Requirements:

- Guide, supervise and lead a group of Sales Managers to build, develop and retain a talented Sales Force that provides digital media solutions on a business to business approach and has a clear and solid focus on achieving sales goals.
- Lead by example as a team player, engaging Sales Managers to all the company's goals.
- Invest time on Coaching One on One or On the Job Coaching (OJC) to Sales Managers.
- Provide continuous feedback on how to respond briefly and proactively to Sales Consultants in order to ensure the best employee retention and performance regarding Digital Media sales results.
- Monitor the funnel for Sales team to determine the achievement strategy.
- Research and identify new business opportunities while collaborating with the company's strategical approaches to penetrate new markets and industries.
- Maintain updated knowledge on industry trends as well as new emerging products in order to help improve company competitiveness.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years proven managerial experience supervising groups of Sales Managers in advertising or any other sales oriented industry.
- Exhibit expertise regarding full sales cycle and proven ability to hit revenue targets.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships at multiple levels, developing and maintaining B2B sales.
- Previous experience managing a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce).
- Previous experience establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for territories.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related area.
- Ability to communicate both in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of Microsoft O?ce software is required.
