Tecnico de Refrigeración

POSITION PURPOSE:
To maintain the operating condition of all refrigeration equipment.

Maintain and repair all equipment. Assist with repairs and maintenance as determined by the Supervisor or as needed. (Through service work check lists, preventative maintenance, mechanic challenges, operation testing.)

Perform all preventative maintenance on equipment scheduled. i.e. service work, grinding, adjustments.

Perform walk around inspections on equipment through checking equipment for condition and parts to be repaired or replaced. Maintain documentation through the use of service sheets.

Participate in departmental training’s on equipment to the satisfaction of the Supervisor. Training’s will cover specific points in the daily operations of the department.

10% Report status of equipment to superintendent through service sheets or verbal communications to insure proper functions and sagety.

Supportive to hotel wide training programs including but not limited to: OSHA, Safety, Educational and Employee Enhancement programs to assure the continual upgrading of department personnel.
