Scope: Our client, a major insurance company, has retained our services to recruit an Executive Assistant to join their team.
Requirements:
BBA in Office Systems Administration or Secretarial Sciences is required.
3-5 years experience.
Must be Fully Bilingual (excellent oral and proofreading skills).
Proficient computer skills (MS Office).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written (Spanish & English).
Multi-task, excellent time management and problem solving skills.
Professional business etiquette.
Compensation: $29K plus excellent fringe benefits. |
