Our client, a leader and state of the art corporation in the manufacturing and distribution industry is searching for a Labor Law Specialist to join their team.
The incumbent will be responsible to provide active support to the administration of collective bargaining agreements. This position participates in regular meetings concerning reporting, investigations, claims and grievances.
Candidates must prove previous experience in a similar position and have excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Requirements:
BBA in Labor Relations.
2-5 years experience in labor laws and unions; > 5 years in labor laws.
Previews experience supporting collective bargaining agreements.
Outstanding negotiation and communications skills. |
