Support sales channel employees in the application's data entry and disbursement processes.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRefer incomplete or pending applications to the different areas for adequate follow:up or completion of the missing tasks.Support sales channels in the application follow:up and in the credit card booking.Be connected to the Help Desk ACD to assist Bank Consultants in the consumer credit origination process and to manage any system troubleshooting.Education24:60 Bachelors degree credits approved in Business Administration or related fieldsExperienceTwo years of experience in customer service.Other Qualifications:General knowledge of consumer credit products, procedures, and regulations.:Knowledge of the ACAPS system and MS Office programs: Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.:Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.:Flexibility to adapt to new situations and rapid changes.:Demonstrate initiative to find solutions and make decisions within delegated responsibility.:Ability to work under pressure.:The skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.:Ability to handle situations with strict confidentiality.:A positive attitude and willingness to listen, understand, and solve customers' needs.:Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English and Spanish.:Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Work ScheduleMonday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.ValuesPassion for PeopleSucceed TogetherOwn Every MomentBuild the Future
