General Accountabilities

Develops and facilitates growth in new and existing medical centers, hospitals, and wound care facilities.
Builds and maintains effective professional relationships with clients and patients.
Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems.
Contacts and visits clients to help them better understand company products and services.
Handles queries about company products and services.
Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products.
Attends sales and trade shows to establish new business.
Provides proactive assistance and supports to clients and business partners.
Provides professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service.
Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems and follows up with customers.
Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customer to other staff members.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field
Experience: 3-5 years of related medical sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
Experience in the wound care space preferred
Experience with CRM software a plus
Experience with using video conferencing software (Microsoft Office Teams, GoToMeeting)
