2Nd Shift Supervisor

The Production Supervisor coordinates and supervises the activities of production workers engaged in the processing of electronic components and parts such as printed circuit boards (PCBs), assembly of parts or assemblies into end products, and machine operation. The Production Supervisor is responsible for the overall performance of assigned work centers and the people therein in terms of safety, quality, efficiency, housekeeping and communications.
Requisitos:
Requirements: •Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering with License preferably.
•Required five years minimum supervisory experience in a highly technical electronic manufacturing plant and other related technical activities.
•Six Sigma Black Belt Certification
•Experienced in Lean Manufacturing is a must.
•Candidate should be able to demonstrate handling multiple objectives, able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
•Fully bilingual, computer literate; very organized; we look for a facilitator to lead them toward the completion of the production schedules. Experienced in a Windows environment.
•Candidates must be willing to work on a second shift.
