Dental Specialists assist dentists in the examination and treatment of patients, and help manage dental offices. Additional responsibilities may include cleaning patients' teeth, assisting with the administration of anesthesia and x-rays, and performing maintenance on dental equipment. Health care is one of the most wide open and promising career fields available today. Use your Dental Specialist experience in the Guard to prepare for jobs in civilian dental offices, clinics, and treatment centers.
