Full Time Opportunity General Description Analyze and process cancellation requests according to established procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Analyze cancellation requests Obtains all required supporting documents Review documents and process cancellation requests Communicates with clients, borrowers and insurance companies Prepares check requests Process cancellation notices Supervisory Responsibilities: This Job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education Bachelor's Degree Experience Al least two (2) years of experience in underwriting and cancellations in the insurance industry. Other Qualifications Knowledge in the insurance industry Domain and knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Accomplish service levels Ability to work under pressure and with multiple tasks at the same time. Proficiency in English, both oral and written Organizational skills and time management to meet deadlines Interpersonal skills and teamwork. Analyze situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.
