General Description Successfully leads all aspects of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within established time frame and funding parameters. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Development and coordination of ATMs and Branch Network Projects Liaison between Retail Banking with TMD and Digital Strategy divisions Coordinate and participate in project requirements and status meetings Coordinate the implementation of the designated projects with Regions, Branches and Marketing Manage the priority and status the projects and services Coordinate with the multiple support units (Compliance, Fraud, Legal) the information needed to obtain projects' approval and comply with implementation due dates. Analyzed and identify the products/service's improvements opportunities by visiting and listening our branch's employees and customers: Provide recommendations and viability or implementation plan Branch Network Transformation Strategies Coordinate and support the implementation of the initiatives between Real Estate and the Region/Branch and Marketing Manage branch customer experience and efficiency projects (Lean) Manage the day to day operation of the designated services or products Coordinate and support each Region/Branch with the offering of the designated products and services Create, manage and/or analyzed business and operational reports using Excel, Power BI, Web Ammo, ect Claims, results vs goals Education Bachelor's Degree Experience At least two years of experience with process improvement projects or related experience.
