Full Time Opportunity General Description Operates multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel. Welcomes on-site visitors and announces them to appropriate personnel. Executes administrative tasks by performing the following duties: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greets, welcomes, assists and announces visitors Operates multi-line telephone system Answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel Takes and delivers messages Receive, sort and distribute daily correspondence Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, faxing, among others Schedule meetings Receive and dispatch deliveries Keep the reception area organized, clean and with the necessary materials Serve as a liaison with Real Estate division to ascertain that facilities are well maintained, and necessary repairs are performed Provide accurate and correct information Handle customer complaints received by e-mail, telephone and mail Assist colleagues in administrative tasks Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education Associates degree Experience Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role. Customer service experience.
