*Role Description*
This is a full-time role as an Account Executive at InVision Media. The Account Executive will act as the face of InVision Media, being a key player in managing & maintaining solid client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, cultivating new opportunities and ensuring that all initiatives, projects, or campaigns are run on time and meet or exceed results. You will be responsible for achieving positive business results.
*Main Responsibilities*
* Collaborate in brainstorming sessions with the team
* Communication weekly with current clients, through calls, emails and messages, serving as an intermediary between the agency and the client.
* Visit and participate in meetings with clients to discuss strategies and reports using emails, phone calls, Slack, WhatsApp, and any other software approved by the agency.
* Build and maintain long-term client relationships with existing and new clients.
* Create collaborations between brands and influencers, acting as an intermediary in communication between both parties and developing analysis and reporting on the results obtained.
* Identify trends and opportunities, to develop new effective marketing and business solutions for clients.
* Research and development of competitive analysis, audience analysis, data analysis, etc.
* Organized and meticulous, you will create and manage reports, presentations, briefs, statements of work, media plans, etc.
* Follow up with assigned inbound leads from marketing campaigns and other sources.
* Lead negotiations and manage objections for cost approvals, recommendations and scopes of work.

* Develop strategic proposals, estimates and service quotes.

*Skills*
* Bachelor's Degree
* 2+ years experience in the advertising industry
* 2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred).
* Pleasant and clear telephone demeanor
* Experience with deliverables such as digital assets, audiovisual productions, print ads, trade marketing assets, social media content, blogs, media plans, media reports, and website production
* Fully bilingual - strong & persuasive presentation, conversational, and written skills
* Experience calling on C-level senior executives
* Good with numbers and spreadsheets
* Great negotiation and objection management skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to remain calm and deliver under pressure
* Team player - nothing is below or above you
* Problem solving, listening and time management skills

Pay: $29,000.00 - $32,000.00 per year
