Responsible for processing customer orders and responding to customer's inquiries, questions or complaints regarding the Dealer Department services and seeks remedies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Also responsible for vendor sales, inventory, purchasing, pricing, and warranty administration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Conducts sales of HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies thru Dealers.
Orders required parts.
Provides technical support to customers and Dealers.
Answers Dealers calls and identifies the needs.
Actively makes customers aware of product promotions.
May load and unload shipment of parts, supplies, and equipment.
Receives and processes customer orders.
Responds to customer's inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding products or services.
Responsible for warranty administration on all parts.
Records changes in inventory status by completing paperwork and updating data base as necessary.
Maintains supplies inventory by recording quantities used and determining supplies needed.
Possesses knowledge of the Trane product line to be able to demonstrate and discuss with customers.
Informs customers of standard procedures or resolution of problem.
Follows up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Determines best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and company adherence to policies.
Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
Education and/or experience of one-year certificate from college or technical school in HVAC; and three to five years of inside sales or related experience on Sales; or equivalent combination of education and sales experience.
Advanced level of English
