Overall Functions:
Analyze and verify company records following organizational rules and industry privacy standards
Conduct studies of accounting errors and prepare cost accounting, statistics, and legal (if necessary) research reports.

Essential Functions:
Delivering monthly and daily balance sheet and income statements reconciliations
The analyst must reconcile and investigate differences
Demand deposits and certificate of deposits, including interest payables and accruals.
Ability to find accounting issues and solve it
Elaborate the Fixed Assets depreciation expense and maintain reconciliations
Prepare and submit daily, quarterly and annual reports as required
.Manage the full accounting cycle, including AP and AR cycle
Assist in invoice and payment processing
Process and monitor all vendor payments: payment scheduling, print check runs and route for approval and signature
Invoice coding based on company standards
Process employee expense reports

Requirements:
BBA - Business Administration concentration in Accounting or Finance. 2-3 years of experience (helpful)
Must have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities needed to conduct accurate assessments and provide sound financial advice.
Must be bilingual
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel and risk-management software.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills are needed to create reports and presentations on a regular basis
Ability to work on deadlines must have a positive attitude, enthusiastic and should have high level of concentration and ability to spot out accounting issues and rectify it.
Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
