*General Responsibilities:*

As an *Accounting Clerk*, your responsibilities will be:

Verify and post spreadsheets and databases.

Create and manage Excel sheets to reconcile incoming and output files.

Execute all key controls including but not limited to SOX controls for roles as per assigned roles within established procedures and approved delegation of authority.

Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.

Report any exceptions to established internal controls and document any violations of procedures following the required channels of command.

Oversees balancing the applications.

Identify when there are delays in the process and notify internal areas.

Canalize inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about applications.

Monitors the performance of applications after implementation.

Manage balancing processes.

Provide customer service to internal and external clients*.*

*Education & Experience Required:*

Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields

At least one (1) year of previous experience in reconciliation processes, monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting of differences.

*Knowledge and Skills Required:*

Stay focused on main issues, and prevent irrelevant issues or distractions from interfering with the timely completion of assignments.

Collect, research, and complement data; Synthesize complex or diverse information.

Identify and resolve problems promptly; Develop alternative solutions.

Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail

Demonstrates group presentation skills.

Bilingual with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

High knowledge of Word, Excel, and other related software.

Highly oriented to details, internal controls, and procedures.

Outstanding customer service skills.

Fast learner with high initiative and proactivity traits.

Teamwork-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

*Additional Information:*

*Monday to Friday: 9:00 am- 6:00 pm*

Available to work extended hours or early hours, weekends and/or holidays as needed and the availability to travel as required, supporting projects in the region.
