Accounting Position

Descripción del Empleo:
We are looking for an accountant or person able to perform the responsibilities as below to join our team. Part-time or full-time position from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities: Manage the company full cycle accounting. Assist with the withholding analysis and payments of payroll and services taxes. Prepare and analyze monthly bank reconciliations. Support the process of preparing compliance filings: Sales tax returns, payroll returns, and others Various tasks as assigned by management
Requisitos:
Qualifications: Experience in full accounting cycle, including payroll. Excellent analytical skills and ability to resolve problems. Extremely organized and able to follow directions. Preferably ability to use Excel, Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks. Bilingual: Spanish and English is a must, verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge in quarterly payroll taxes.
