Accounts Payable Analyst

Descripción del Empleo:
This position is responsible for AR, works as a liaison with the SSC with regards to AP and Intercompany transactions and backups the Payroll Accounting Clerk.
•Manages the A/R functions
•Works with customers and ensures that invoices are paid on time and payments are posted properly
•Ensures credit limits are followed, before shipments to customers happen
•Completes balance sheet reconciliations as part of the month end close process (AR, Prepaids)
•Analyzes General Ledger account
•Works to automate divisional and corporate reporting
•Assures Sarbanes Oxley Compliance
•Assures the administration and compliance to corporate and divisional policies and procedures
•Assists in coordination of year-end closing and external audit
•Supports the SSC with regards to AP and Intercompany transactions
•Supports the SSC with regards to Concur expense reporting
•Backups for Payroll Clerk
Requisitos:
•Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and in so doing perform each essential duty satisfactorily
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proficient in the use of a personal computer with intermediate level skills in MS Excel and MS Word
•Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and must have good communication skills both oral and written
•Teamwork oriented
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and or Finance
Three (3) to five (5) years related accounting experience
