Duties include: Inbound/outbound calls. Customer Support. Assisting with billing questions. Updating Accounts Receivable Reports. Taking payments over the phone. Processes general office paperwork. Maintain low level of Aging
Requisitos:
Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be Bilingual (Spanish / English). Multi task oriented and organized. MS Office domain: Word, Excel, Power Point, among others. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Associate Degree Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in accounts receivable, billing, and/or commercial collections work. Able to work under pressure.
