Accounts Receivable And Collections Clerk

Descripción del Empleo:
Candidate will perform general customer service duties, billing, and general office duties in a fast paced office environment.

Duties include:
Inbound/outbound calls
Customer Support
Assisting with billing questions
Updating Accounts Receivable Reports
Taking payments over the phone
Processes general office paperwork
Maintain low level of Aging
Requisitos:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Dynamic, Bilingual (Spanish / English). Multi task oriented and organized. MS Office domain: Word, Excel, Power Point, among others. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Associate Degree * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in accounts receivable, billing, and/or commercial collections work. Able to work under pressure.
