Essential Duties and Responsibilities 13;
:Directly assist unit Manager and its team and administrative functions that include, but are not limited to: agenda, meeting, travel and transportation coordination.
:Manage operational functions of the office, analyze and improve administrative processes, handle invoices, mail, and files.
:Canalize and follow up on assigned affairs.
:Prepare reports, presentations and statistics
:Revise contracts and official documents, as requested.
:Create and maintain group projects timetable, TOD metrics and follow through with Senior Organizational Development Consultants.
:Follow up and serve as link between the different units that compose Our People Division.
:Request materials, equipment. Prepare, validate and manage of its inventory.
:Maintain TOD files in an orderly manner.
:Responsible for tracking or double check all budget issues with TOD Manager.
:Conducts research for TOD on various subject matters in order to maintain the TOD team abreast of the latest organizational development trends locally as well as internationally
:Assists with design concepts for presentations, trainings, and events by applying innovated artwork and styles. 13;
Minimum Education 13;
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Social Science 13;
13;
Experience 13;
Two (2) or more years of experience in an administrative role or related experience.
