Position Summary The Administrative Assistant will assist the Operations Manager by providing office support to ensure that the parking operation is in compliance with company record-keeping policies and responsive to the needs of its customers. Essential Duties Provide receptionist services, greet and assist visitors, answer phone and direct calls. Provide administrative office support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations. Revenue date entry and monthly parker maintenance in JDE. Preparation of cash applications for data entry and update aging report by recording all payments including those made on-line . Maintenance and submission of payroll with proper allocation and classification of hours. Preparation of bank deposits. Filing and storage of daily reports and tickets. Maintain employee files. Monitor and submit invoices for approval in Workflow. Perform monthly keycard audit. Activate and deactivate keycards in ADAPT. Generate revenue, keycard, and count reports from WebParcs . Assist with preparation and coordination of special events. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred. Excellent customer service skills, including phone skills. General computer knowledge and skills. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word. Must adjust to changes in regular schedule to help coordinate and staff special events.
