*GOFO Express* is a fast-growing *last-mile delivery service company*. We are seeking a *Bilingual Administrative Assistant* to support daily office and warehouse functions in our Cataño facility. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a multicultural work environment.
*Role Description*
The Administrative Assistant will support administrative processes across both office and warehouse teams. This includes managing service accounts and vendor relationships, coordinating office purchases, and assisting with logistical needs such as company car usage and employee travel between locations. The role requires strong organizational skills, fluent English, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with Chinese and Puerto Rican team members.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage utility accounts (electricity, water, internet) and ensure timely payments.
* Coordinate and track purchases for office and warehouse supplies and services.
* Maintain inventory of essential supplies and reorder as needed.
* Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Manager and office team.
* Schedule and coordinate company car usage and employee transportation for work-related visits (e.g., between warehouse and HR office).
* Maintain open and professional communication with service providers, vendors, and the property landlord.
* Support internal coordination tasks such as meeting setup, document printing, and follow-up on operational needs.
* Monitor and manage incoming mail, deliveries, and general office inquiries.
* Schedule facility maintenance, repairs, or service appointments as needed.
* Keep the office environment organized and well-stocked.
* Assist with submitting expense reports and petty cash tracking.
* Act as liaison between the office and warehouse when administrative coordination is needed.
*Qualifications*
* Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or operational support role.
* Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency required.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
* Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
* Reliable, resourceful, and able to work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
