Descripción del Empleo:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized and driven administrative superstar! The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and be able to work under pressure with minimal supervision. The main job is assisting our team with clerical tasks, like creating and submitting invoices, reconciling accounts, following up on payments, supply purchases, among others day-to-day tasks. He or she will be working hand in hand with our Property Manager to ensure our operation runs smoothly and our customers are taken care of.
*Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish) *Awesome communication skills (written and in person) and openness, as you will be constantly interacting with our team and customers *Reliable and able to communicate with ease when problems arise *Organization-savvy, good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and patience for troubleshooting office equipment *Available to work weekends and holidays when needed *Previous experience in customer service or administration is a plus *BA in any field is required
