Descripción del Empleo:
Provides support to general office, finance, quality, production, facilities and human resources support, including communication with employees and management. Perform receptionist function that includes answering phone, assisting visitors and communicating meetings.
• Assist Managers in handling office tasks
• Schedules appointments for Managers
• Manage booking of the Conference Rooms
• Deliver and sort mail
• Manage mailings and postage
• Work with customers, suppliers and employees to schedule visits or meetings
• Maintain, order and distribute office supplies
• Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail
• Provide support in AR, AP and other Finance functions
• Maintain organized office filing (AP and general office documents)
• Prepare expense reports for managers and others as requested
• Manage petty cash
Education and/or Experience: • Minimum Associate Degree in Business Administration
• Minimum 2 yrs. work experience

Other Qualifications:
• Fully bilingual
• Excellent Computer Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform data entry of information fast and error free
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and or English
