RiskOne HR Consulting is seeking an _*Administrative Assistant*_ to support the day-to-day operation of our client's firm. With the following responsibilities:
* Ordering and managing office supplies and inventory.
* Ensuring office equipment is functioning properly.
* Managing executive calendars.
* Booking travel arrangements and accommodations.
* Managing emails and correspondence.
* Preparing itineraries.
* Scheduling and preparing materials for meetings.
* Taking meeting minutes and distributing them.
* Coordinating logistics for events or conferences.
* Ensuring messages are delivered and followed up on.
* Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
* Filing (digital and physical) and maintaining organized records.
* Answering phones and directing calls.
* Managing emails and correspondence.
Requirements:
* Previous administrative experience.
* Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
* Bilingual (Spanish|English)
Skills:
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Attention to detail.
* Discretion and professionalism with confidential information.
