*Responsibilities: *
* Answer phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive, maintaining proper phone etiquette.
* Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
* Assist company's executive leaders.
* Coordinate meetings, book flight travels and reservations to hotels.
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretary or related fields.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
* Manage executive's agendas and coordinate travel arrangements.
* Attention to details.
* Knowledge in manage CRM (Customer Relations Management).
* Skillful in Microsoft Windows (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Multitasking abilities.
* Availability to work holidays, weekends and extended hours.
* Intermediate-Advance level English (Written and verbally).
