We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing schedules and correspondence, and ensuring the efficient operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the calendar of the President and their partner, coordinating meetings and appointments.
* Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
* Handle correspondence, respond to messages, and filter matters that require the President's attention.
* Process accounts payable and billing accurately and in a timely manner.
* Manage purchase orders and coordinate procurement activities.
* Prepare employee payroll.
* Support the Controller with administrative and clerical tasks.
* Coordinate activities and events at recreational centers.
* Perform other administrative duties as required to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in administrative support or similar roles.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Proactive, discreet, and reliable in handling confidential information.
