*Overview*

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our client's team in Carolina. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting business operations through efficient administration and communication.

*Key Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
* Manage internal and external communications with professionalism
* Support daily office tasks, including scheduling, filing, and data entry
* Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
* Maintain accurate and organized records and documentation
* Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and supporting various departments as needed



*Qualifications*
* Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
* Proven experience in administrative roles (preferred but not required)
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
