Job Description Realizar y contestar llamadas para análisis y cobros de cuentas. Utilizará discador predictivo o manual para establecer acuerdos de pago, extensiones, reestructuraciones o soluciones que sean satisfactorias tanto para el cliente como para la Institución de acuerdo a las políticas e instrucciones dadas por el supervisor. Trabajar, como parte de un equipo, para mantener la delincuencia de los productos de consumo, hipotecarios y tarjetas de crédito a nivel mínimo, con guías estrictas y en cumplimiento con las políticas y procedimientos de la Institución y legislación aplicable a la gestión de cobro. Requirements Experiencia en: - Cobro gestión - Productos de hipoteca - Call center hipoteca - Cobro hipoteca Horario: - Lunes a jueves: 10:00am a 7:00pm - Viernes: 8:30am a 5:30pm - Sábados alternos: 8:00am a 12:00 Why Kelly ® ?
