Manage the applications of the contact center, its databases and technical infrastructure. Develop and maintain sales campaigns and collection services to external customers. Develop reports and analyze data to ensure the proper functioning of the system and customer satisfaction. Support new projects and initiatives to achieve the established goals.

Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration 13;
