What Customer Contract Administration contributes to Cardinal Health Customer Contract Administration is responsible for coordinating administration of customer contract terms and conditions across multiple areas to maximize contract value. Accountabilities Receive cases (emails) and update their status in Salesforce.com as required Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered and updated in the Intranet Contracts Application Ensure all details in the contract are available Contact manufacturers as needed for contract updates or specific contract information Maintain relation with GPO contacts to verify and assist customers with contract pricing eligibility, information and fee processing Conduct contract audits as needed Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and large amounts of data Work credit & rebill transactions Assist the chargebacks department with payment denials Conduct customer HIN submissions Qualifications Associate Degree is required, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is preferred A minimum of 3 years in related business experience is required Experience in contracts, purchases, chargebacks, data entry, finance and in health areas is preferred Advance computer skills Must be proficient in Excel and Outlook; with experience managing multiple spreadsheets, Vlookup’s and pivot tables is preferred Must have strong communication skills in English and Spanish written and oral Must have customer service, problem solving and analytical skills What is expected of you and others at this level Applies working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes actions to resolve Applies judgment within defined parameters Receives general guidance may receive more detailed instruction on new projects Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy Cardinal Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
