General Description
Administers, coordinates, monitor, manages and supports the assigned application or applications to ensure the correct performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Daily assign new, change and inactive permission to applicable users.
Daily monitor user database to ensure quality of the data.
Manage user certifications process to ensure the correct permission in each user profile.
Responsible for administering the applications assigned.
Monitor system stability, ensuring that all operational tasks run error-free and application performance is optimal.
Manage recurring procedures of the applications in charge.
Support analysis request and investigation.
Manage reports and audits requirements to the assigned applications.
Manage incidents to ensure incidents are reported, documented and solve.
Ensure each incident is analyzed, diagnosed and root cause is found. Recommend new controls to avoid incidents.
Ensure communication with all BU and Operational Teams affected.
Report the issue, status and diagnosis.
Communicate releases enhancement to internal users.
Ensure that SLA are met according to all requirements.
Testing collaboration with the lead of other modules in the system.
Monitor to ensure integration require with our ERP system for some process.
Support in new projects development and testing.
Assisting internal and external users in current systems functionalities.
Ensure compliance with BPPR policies. Customer Service manages users’ complaints.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
Experience
At least two years of related experience.
Certifications / Licenses
