Architectural Civil Technician/Inspector

• Experience construction projects as Civil and/or Architectural Inspector
• Checking technical designs and drawings for accuracy and to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales.
• Project Activity Reporting and Monitoring
• Preparing site reports and logging progress.
• Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
Requisitos:
• Being fluent in both Spanish and English.
• 5+ years for Similar Positions
