The Assistant Buyer is responsible for supporting purchasing and procurement operations of the following:

Procurement of food and beverage products;
Market Analysis, price negotiations;
Point of delivery or pick-up coordination;
forecasting and purchase order creation; and
cost analysis, data entry review.

Must Be fluent in both English and Spanish (Required)
Degree- Supply Chain Management / Material Management (Gerencia de Materiales) / Administracion de Empresas
0–2 years of relevant experience- related to Purchasing / Logistics / Supply Chain
Basic understanding of inventory management and purchase order
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Exposure to ERP systems (preferable)
