Summary: Provides administrative support in matters of office systems-related and office management-related tasks to deliver effective, timely and accurate results. Serves as liaison to peers, customers and visitors. This position works with highly confidential information. The Administrative Assistant must display initiative, leadership, and ability to do multi-task. Discipline and follow through is essential for the effectiveness of tasks and expected results. Excellent communication skills in both English/Spanish.
Requisitos:
Requirements: *Solid computer skills and use of software applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, others).
*Knowledge and experienced in PeachTree and or QuickBooks (accounting software).
*Excellent verbal and writing communication skills to convey concise and effective information.
*Excellent interpersonal relationship skills are required.
*Capable to work independently and as a team member.
*Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish-verbal and written).
*Can work in a fast paced, stressful and deadline-based environment.
*Creative and auto motivated.
*Prioritization and troubleshooting abilities.
*Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and proactiveness.

Education/Experience
*Associate Degree in Office Management/Office Systems with at least 6 years of related and verifiable experience,
or
*Bachelor’s in Office Management with more than 3 years of related and verifiable experience.
