Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks and project coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and be proficient in computer literacy.

Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
* Assist in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures
* Type, proofread, and edit documents
* Manage the Outlook Calendar and schedule appointments
* Assist in event planning and coordination
* Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry

Experience

* Proven experience as an assistant or in a related role
* Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office and MIPE System
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
* Knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical functions
* Experience in event planning is a plus
