-Meet and exceed sales plan and projections with exceptional customer service skills
-Demonstrate leadership
-Assist manager in the hiring, training and development of staff
-Meet and exceed Ear Piercing goals
-Ability to work with minimum supervision
-Excellent organizational skills
-Ability to analyze and react to sales reports
Requisitos:
-High school diploma or equivalent required -Excellent written/verbal communication skills
-Fully bilingual (Spanish/English)
-1-2 years retail management experience
