Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Gerenciales de Restaurantes to lead our restaurant operations. This role requires a strong leader who can manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Duties

* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company policies.
* Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
* Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock while minimizing waste.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring resolution to enhance guest experience.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation according to established standards.

Experience

* Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
* Familiarity with restaurant financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
