Associate Manager, Sales Training (Pharmaceutical) This role is on IQVIA's Contract Sales and Medical Solutions (CSMS) team will be responsible for the development and delivery of foundational and advanced skills training for field-based roles across multiple client/project teams. With limited guidance, individuals in this role will provide expertise to support training initiatives for their assigned client teams. Individuals will need to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to ensure the delivery of business results. Associate Manager, Sales Training Responsibilities: Act as the primary link between Janssen US and Puerto Rico to manager the curriculum development, delivery of sales training in accordance with Janssen policy/procedures and application regulations. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and develop solutions for short and long term objectives. appropriate training needs/gaps that will support the achievement of assigned client goals Keep current on trends and developments in the fields of training, performance improvement, and organizational learning, to inform on strategies and approaches. Ensure all training deliverables are delivered on-time and on-budget in support of client training initiatives Coordinate efforts between Janssen's US and Puerto Rico's Training, Medical, Sales and Marketing departments as needed to enhance the field representative's ability to deliver appropriate messages and support Develop strong and effective relationships across Janssen (US and Puerto Rico) to provide learning solutions that support performance Monitor course evaluations and compliance to gather metrics for continuous improvement and performance for assigned clients Utilize Janssen approved materials, responsible for the development and delivery of disease state, treatment, product and market place training, as well as, foundational and advanced customer engagement/satisfaction training. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or University required Minimum 3 years of experience in training design, facilitation and delivery experience Experience operating with senior/executive management teams; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience required. 2 years direct field-based experience Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) written and verbal Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, project management, organizational and leadership skills Excellent presentation/facilitation skills Excellent coaching and counseling skills Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong clinical background with patient experience Strong listening and diagnostic skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail High degree of discretion and confidentiality Ability to work within a matrix team environment Ability to manage vendors Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients We know that meaningful results require not only the right approach but also the right people.
