Associate Rebuild

Descripción del Empleo:
Serve as a supervisory coordination role focusing on project and sub-contractor coordination. Accompany contractors during scope and estimate construction projects. Coordinate with contractors on aggressive timelines. Ensure quality assurance/quality inspection occurs throughout the life cycle of all projects.
Coordinate with Program Manager for on-time and on-budget completion of homes
Responsible for scheduling project scoping and estimating visits with contractors
Coordinate with clients to ensure construction commencement dates are timely
Conduct quality control/quality assurance on each project
Ensure file management and project management processes are meeting standards
Ensure all acquisition of supplies and equipment follows standard process and documentation for efficiency gains and accurate financial tracking.
Requisitos:
Requires 1-3 years of experience in residential construction/rehabilitation strongly preferred. Experience in material coordination and tracking of materials.
Experience working in veteran based environments and volunteer organizations a plus
Demonstrated success in working in matrix managed environments e.g. building trust, communicating early and often, managing expectations, figuring out how to make the best out of situation with multiple parties involved. Comfortable working with computers and learning new software. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
