Essential Job Functions
Tests, troubleshoots, installs, calibrates, repairs and modifies systems to ensure reliable functioning.
Maintains end-user computer systems, telephone equipment, and others as assigned.
Assists in procuring and tracking hardware and software. Provides technical training to the end-user community to ensure high quality customer service.
Performs internal installation, preventive maintenance, routine repair, and calibration of company's products and equipment. Maintains end-user systems.
Follows developed operating procedures and maintains record of work within the help desk ticket system.
Acts as a liaison with the customer on routine technical and service problems to ensure that customer needs are met.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Sciences or a related field
One to five years of experience
Windows Server troubleshooting, Server Patching and Server Administration experience.
Experience working with company products and operating systems
Experience working with computer-related technical problems
Experience working with company escalation policy
