Audit Manager

Plane and perform financial audits. Identify business process risks. Develop testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls. Document the results of the evaluations Develop recommendations and reports based on audits and presenting these ideas to senior management. Formulate professional development and educational plans for junior staff members. Plan and allocate resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedules. In-depth knowledge of GAAP and GAAS guidelines. Strong background and experience with audit methodologies and techniques. Ability to build relationships while asking tough questions.
Requisitos:
At a minimum, audit managers are required to have a bachelor's degree in a in business administration with a mayor in accounting or finance. At least eight years of hands-on auditing experience. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
