Automation Technician

Automation Technician with PLC knowledge to assume superior responsibilities related to computer and programmable controller software.

Responsibilities:
Must design logical sequence of any programmable controller.
Must be capable of designing pneumatic, electrical & mechanical systems on new automated machine.
Must install and integrated new machines.
Disassemble equipment or machinery, disconnect controls, and remove defective parts so they may be repaired or substituted and perform preventive maintenance according to established standards.
Prepare documentation of all changes performed on the equipment, including mechanical, electrical blueprints.
Develop new electrical logic sequential program and mechanical design to fulfill the goal on the new machines.
Requisitos:
Must comply with plant safety procedures, good manufacturing practices.
Work under pressure of deadlines of projects.
Work with minimum supervision and self-started.
Good interpersonal skills.
Exposure to noise and high temperatures work area conditions.
Degree or technical certification in Automation field.
3 years of related experience with PLC knowledge.
