Bankruptcy Technician

Full Time Opportunity General Description: To monitor active accounts in mortgage bankruptcy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Main function will be to monitor active accounts in mortgage bankruptcy, document information in the Mortgage Management System MSP and PM Bankruptcy System. Maintain direct communication with law firms and trustees. Basic Knowledge in Bankruptcy, executions and loss mitigation. Perform analysis of payment histories, among other tasks. Education: 60 credits bachelor's degree credits approved. Experience: One (1) year of experience in a similar position. Experience or knowledge in mortgages. Other qualifications: Proficiency in English and Spanish, oral and written, with excellent writing skills in both languages. Ability to work under pressure, multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in the work plan. Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork and communication with people from different areas and levels in the organization. Ability to work strictly confidential information. Mastery and application of techniques or skills of managing computers and applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent communication skills and good dealings with clients (external and internal)/ Wide Knowledge in all the products that are worked in Popular.
