The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All Team Members must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move Team Members from their accustomed shift as business demands change. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
To assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the bar.
Assist in setting up bar to included; unlocking liquor, icing, glassware, juices and garnish set-up.
Accept drink orders from food and beverage servers in proper calling order to keep service bar at optimum level of service for our guest. Observe the 10 second rule.
Red-line all drink orders, checking for correct number of drinks and correct pricing. No drinks to be made without pre-rung guest check.
All cocktails are to be made in accordance with the company standard recipes and using the standard jigger at all times.
Service guests and team members promptly, hospitably and efficiently.
Able to handle difficult situations effectively
Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure
Able and willing to perform basic cleaning duties.
Technical beverage knowledge and expertise
