Bartender

*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team at La Corchea PR. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience at our establishment.

*Duties*

* Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
* Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing recommendations when needed.
* Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system to process payments.
* Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as necessary.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.

*Requirements*

* Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred; fine dining experience is a plus.
* Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
* Familiarity with CLOVER POS system.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.

Pay: $6.00 - $7.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
