REQUIREMENTS

* Mixologist / Bartender Certificate (MUST HAVE)
* HighSchool Diploma
* 1-3 years of experience Bartending/Mixology
* Fully Bilingual, Full domain at Conversational English
* Experience cash handling and using a POS system.
* Driver's license

POSITION SUMMARY

Bartenders work directly with customers by mixing and serving cocktail orders. This role verifies age requirements, knows alcohol pairing and tastes, knows how to make traditional and classy drinks, process payments, manage inventory and clean the assigned bar supplies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Prepare and serve alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages for bar from the pre-made menu.
* Prepare the ingredients for their shift following the standard operating procedure.
* Prepare garnish following the safety guidelines.
* Set up the bar with all their needed tools and ingredients including ice, ingredients, and garnish.
* Maintain beverage stock, garnishes and other necessities as required.
* Set-up pre-batches for assigned coordinated events.
* Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
* Interact with customers, take orders, and process payment.
* Conduct physical inventory before opening and after closing and document it in the inventory form.
* Maintain work area presentable and deep clean when closing shift.
* Dispatch of crystal bottles in assigned recycling area.
* Accountable for assigned equipment including maintenance and inform of any damages.
* Inform to the Manager on Duty of any emergency or conflict with consumers.
* Complete all duties to clean, set up, handover and close the bar and shift to standard.
* Follow the uniform guidelines.
* Performs other related duties as directed.
