Bartender/Server

```Duties```
- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for drink selections
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Collect payment and operate cash registers
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Engage with customers, provide excellent customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere

```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong understanding of basic math for calculating drink prices, handling cash, and providing change
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and knowledge of different types of beer, wine, and spirits
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper hygiene practices
- Ability to perform simple math calculations quickly and accurately
- Exceptional hospitality skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials or featured items
- Familiarity with the food industry, including knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
