*What You'll Do:*

As a CSR, you'll:

* Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
* Provide clear and helpful product and service information.
* Identify customer needs and deliver solutions to ensure satisfaction.
* Resolve complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media channels.
* Maintain accurate customer records in our database.
* Follow up to confirm customers are satisfied with the resolution of their issues.

*Requirements:*

* Must be *18 years or older*.
* *Bilingual*: Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Strong empathy and ability to work with chronic patients or elderly customers.
* Must successfully pass a background check.
* Must be available to work onsite at our *San Juan offices*.
* Hours of operation: *Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM*.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 per hour
